ACCOMPLISHMENT

When implementing and certifying the Social Responsibility Management System, in accordance with SA 8000: 2014, Fiorima makes the following commitments:

1. Child labor
Do not tolerate any form of child labor.

2. Forced or Compulsory Labor
Prohibit all forms of forced labor.

3. Health and Safety
Provide safe and healthy jobs to all employees.

4. Discrimination
Do not support or adopt any discrimination based on gender, age, race, disability, nationality, sexual orientation or any other characteristic in hiring, remuneration, access to training or termination.

5. Disciplinary practices
Do not allow the use of corporal, mental or physical coercion and verbal abuse as disciplinary practices.

6. Freedom of Association and Right to Collective Bargaining
Respect the right of Employees to join unions or other forms of representation.

7. Remuneration
Ensure that the wages paid comply with national regulations and that the composition of wages and benefits is clear to all employees.

8. Working hours
Ensure that the organization of working hours complies with national legislation and sectoral agreements.

The performance of Fiorima's Social Responsibility Management System is continuously monitored in order to promote its effectiveness and adequacy, with emphasis on the following initiatives:

Periodic monitoring of a set of indicators, in order to measure the fulfillment of the commitments assumed in the Social Responsibility Policy:
- Adoption of procedures and methodologies that guarantee compliance with the established requirements;
- Monitoring the expectations and needs of internal and external stakeholders, with a view to implementing improvement actions;
- Promotion, along the supply chain, of compliance with the subscribed requirements, including audits of its suppliers;
- Conducting internal and external audits that prove the compliance of the Management System with the subscribed requirements.
